Nick Smith ACA CTA – Partner
Nick has been a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser for nearly 30 years and a partner in the firm for over 20 years now. He deals principally with incorporated and unincorporated businesses, limited companies (from small-medium owner managed businesses as well as with UK subsidiaries of large overseas groups), limited liability partnerships, partnerships, charities, and personal clients. He acts as a virtual Finance Director for many of his clients and is able to advise on all areas of the financial and other aspects of running a business.
He has a very widespread experience in all accountancy and audit areas of the profession and is the appointed Audit Partner within the partnership.
His specialist Chartered Taxation qualification enables him to advise on all areas of taxation for individuals, unincorporated businesses, limited companies, charities and individuals including Income Tax, Corporation tax, VAT, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Stamp Duty.
In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with his three children, football, golf, classic cars and long walks with his dog.
